By downloading or using FluidFPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Visual Utility License

FluidFPS is licensed as a visual performance utility. It uses frame generation and upscaling techniques to improve the visual delivery of game frames. It is NOT a cheating tool, hack, or modification intended to bypass game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage in online play.

3. Fair Use and Anti-Cheat

FluidFPS does not inject code into game processes or modify game memory. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party overlays and scaling tools complies with the specific terms of the games you play.

4. Limitation of Liability

FluidFPS is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any hardware issues, game bans, or performance variations resulting from the use of the software.
